@Carol Macumber The HTA page for radlex at https://confluence.hl7.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=79517464 says that the canonical URL for radlex is http://radlex.org/ but the FHIR specification itself says that radlex is http://www.radlex.org
Is this deliberate? Did HTA check? Is there a task to fix The FHIR spec (@Reuben Daniels)
