yes. Ontoserver is in production here in Australia

https://ontoserver.csiro.au/stu3 is the endpoint for our public sandbox version Currently based on FHIR 1.4.0. When it goes live (hoping for this month), the national instance endpoint will be https://api.healthterminologies.gov.au/integration/v1/fhir but is not open; requires registration, OAuth, etc
