Hi @Kishore Bashyam , changes need to be submitted using the Unified Terminology Governance (UTG process). The best place to start is our landing page at https://confluence.hl7.org/display/VMAH/Vocabulary+Maintenance+at+HL7. There are educational videos as well as documentation in the 'Change Proposal Submission' section.
