Has a FHIR system URI been published for NUBC Service Line Revenue codes (http://oid-info.com/get/2.16.840.1.113883.6.301.3)?
At a guess, perhaps it would be http://www.nubc.org/service-line-revenue to align with http://www.nubc.org/patient-discharge (http://oid-info.com/get/2.16.840.1.113883.6.301.5)

@David Teirney As with "Type of Bill", this seems pretty reasonable to me. If we decide on these we can get them added to the spec.

I'm not sure if the expectation is that any of them actually would be resolvable. The existing one in the spec for http://www.nubc.org/patient-discharge isn't, either. But ideally they should resolve to something, so I wonder if there are better urls available to use or a way to contact them and fix that?
