https://hl7.org/fhir/languages.html##term provides an example of how to specify an alternate-language display for a code via designation.use. For the system it uses http://terminology.hl7.org/CodeSystem/designation-usage with the associated code display. However this CodeSystem appears not to be defined anywhere?
Additionally, I would expect its contents to be included in the ValueSet http://hl7.org/fhir/ValueSet/designation-use
