I have a use-case where I'm mapping exception codes to OperationOutcome.code. There's a list of about 10 mappings, followed by an "everything else maps to code 123". I know I can do that in descriptive text with ConceptMap, but is there any way to do it computably? I.e. to have a default mapping?
