Low|High / Low, High results with no associated scores or codes.
Using this as part of an IG links the AnswerList VS to this URL:

Risk for VTE / Low/High
I can see that the Versions are different: 2.67 vs 2.66

So this could be an IG tooling issue, or an error on Loincs side.
