Dave, the access rights on IHTSDO Confluence tend to be pretty specific, so I think you will need to request access for that project (presumably you can get it).

IHTSDO. They're, umm, not good at transparency. They've agreed to open it up in the new year. though I thought some of you would have IHTSDO confluence accounts....
