This was brought to our attention in GF19826: The tab Internal (FHIR) has a header saying "all prefixed with http://hl7.org/fhir/, however, this is not the case, since in the rows following, some systems (like AuditEventAction or status) are indeed prefixed by "http://hl7.org/fhir", but others (like medicationrequest status) are prefixed by "http://hl7.org/fhir/CodeSystem/". Do we need to remove the header? Why are some done one way and some in the other?
