According to http://hl7.org/fhir/2018Dec/v2/0396/index.html the identifier code "MGPI" has been deprecated. We plan on setting the GPI as an identifier in MedicationKnowledge. If "MGPI" is indeed deprecated how would I indicate the identifier represents the "GPI"?

There seems to be a problem with the rendering of V2 Table 0396 in the FHIR spec (in R4 and CI build, but not STU3), as MGPI and the other codes certainly aren't deprecated in V2.8.3 and the V2.9 ballot. @Grahame Grieve?

I'm looking at a copy of the most recent May 2019 V2.9 ballot, and the codes are there and are not marked as 'D' or 'R'. So I don't know what the issue is with the source that you are using (I'm not entirely sure which way you're getting it for V2, actually - the DB?).
