FHIR conformance resources are not yet published, but not much for constraints. It is mostly endorsement of use of a subset of the terminology parts of FHIR.

ah, thanks. that's good news, and presumably creates a demand for an automated mechanism for transforming existing SVS XML content into corresponding FHIR resources so that the FHIR APIs can be used
