I just noticed that all the CodeSystems here https://terminology.hl7.org/codesystems.html appear to be sorted based on CodeSystem.name but what is rendered is CodeSystem.title, so you get things like:

Yes, I believe the sorting is meant to help people, so the list should be sorted on CodeSystem.title, not CodeSystem.name
