@Grahame Grieve Is there any operation for this purpose just like the HAPI FHIR Server's searching by any Terminology resource type such as CodeSystem? In other words, how to return such a list? Thanks.

For example, to list all the CodeSystems on the server.

- the list of the code system resources on the server - GET [base]/CodeSystem?
- the list of all the code systems for which the server can do expansions. This is usually includes all the code system resources, but may include additional systems. This is GET [base]/metadata?mode=terminology, and all the code systems listed in the TerminologyCapabilities resource that comes bac
