@GrahameGrieve
I am a business analyst for an EHR. There are several different Implementation Guides that we are trying to comply with. I am finding that the value sets referenced are different when comparing USCDI to C-CDA R2.1 to FHIR V4. Consider Family History/relatedPerson
USCDI (ISA standards) references: 2.16.840.1.113883.1.11.19563 Personal Relationship Role Type and 2.16.840.1.113883.11.20.12.1 Personal and Legal Relationship Role Type
C-CDA R2.1 references: 2.16.840.1.113883.1.11.19579 Family Member Value Set
FHIR V4 references yet a different combination of value sets
I need guidance on how to ensure compliance given these inconsistencies. If we offer our users a union of all of the values, there will certainly be invalid values found in our CDA's. Please advise. Thank you! SueAnn from NextGen
