I've just noticed that with the new $expand parameters like includeDesignations and includeDefinition, there's actually no place to include them in ValueSet.expansion.contains - tracker item http://gforge.hl7.org/gf/project/fhir/tracker/?action=TrackerItemEdit&tracker_item_id=10672

oh ok I thought the problem was the parameter, not the designation. Agree that's an oversight
