The information on this page has been reviewed by the HTA and is pending review by the code system owner, after which the process to have it accurately represented at terminology.hl7.org will. To comment on the GMDN code system, please do so on a corresponding JIRA ticket.

should it instead say "URI" (i.e., Identifier)?

Ugh, yes. The page had been originally drafted in the old format that had URL instead of URI. Just transferred to the new template.
