I find an Advanced Directives in the C-CDA implementation guide. Is that what you are using as the constraints on what you want for an Advanced Directive? If so, then the formatCode would the one defined by HL7 for C-CDA use -- https://wiki.hl7.org/index.php?title=CDA_Format_Codes_for_IHE_XDS

the FormatCode is the indicator of the constraints (Implementation Guide, IHE Profile, or CDA Template) that has been used to constrain the structure and content of the given document.
