When translating codes between CDA and FHIR, it would be nice to be able to persist the source code. Both CodeableConcept and CE support multiple values.
Going from CDA to FHIR, it seems feasible to put the CCDA code in a .coding.
Going the other way, the CE data type supports translation. However, the constraint is on the CE.code, so the FHIR value would have to be in the .translation. This seems semantically incorrect: is it?
