Hi guys,
I am wondering if there is a possibility to have a FHIR server with an ontology + data to be used as graph database or like Ontology Based Data Access / Integration ? like a triple store would behave with an ontology and RDF dataset. We have an NLP engine which annotates clinical entities and transform them to FHIR but I am lacking the functionality of an ontology which can be used in FHIR Server (to connect them all). Is there any example who have achieved this ?
