I need a valueset for ethnicity.
I tried urn:oid:2.16.840.1.114222.4.11.837 but I can't find the actual values in it.
is http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/UTG/ValueSet-v3-Race.html supposed to be a better value set?

Ethnicity (self-determined & cultural) and race (physical) are different concepts. Most, it not all, countries that record ethnicity will have their own, dedicated Code System for this which will reflect the history of human settlement in that country.

And both are usually heavily influenced by the political/policy reasons that information is collected, rather than being based on any sound scientific basis (if there is such a thing for those concepts).
