@Peter Jordan do you know why the separator character for the ECL implicit URIs is a : rather than a /
My GF#14359 is proposing that it should be a / as per the other implicit URIs

I'd support the change proposed by @Michael Lawley unless there is a compelling reason to use =ecl: rather than = ecl/. Although I don't think that it's legitimate for an expression constraint to begin with the refinement symbol, it might be best not to use this as the separator character for the ECL implicit URI.

I agree with Michael and Peter - I don't see a clear reason not to use ecl/, and it's best to be consistent.
