Does anyone currently work with CodeSystems from the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC)? Are there already CodeSystems mapped in FHIR or defined URLs/OIDs? We are currently mapping a use case for Catheter-associated urinary tract infection (CAUTI) surveillance and using the codes from ECDC. However, I could not find anything on how to reference the codes. May someone be able to help?
