Is the stream limited to terminologies in FHIR? I thought all of the HL7 chat is now on this server, so wouldn't the stream also cover terminology discussions with regards to other HL7 standards?

There is no provenance record of who made the change. so there is no clear evidence... although there is signs in the text that would indicate the absence of vocab person involvement.

@Vassil Peytchev there's aspects of that change that are ambiguous. But at least with terminology, any differences are collapsing. It's all just terminology now (just about)
