What's the work associated with closing off GF#12947 on using DICOM-defined ValueSets?
- Do we just replace the "defining URL" from HL7's http://hl7.org/fhir/ValueSet/instance-availability to DICOM's http://dicom.nema.org/medical/dicom/current/output/chtml/part16/sect_CID_50.html? And point to the DICOM-hosted XML and JSON ValueSets (ftp://medical.nema.org/medical/dicom/resources/valuesets/fhir/xml/CID_50.xml, ftp://medical.nema.org/medical/dicom/resources/valuesets/fhir/json/CID_50.json)
- Do we need to update anything in the ValueSet resources (in JSON and XML) to R4-candidate? Are updates needed to canonical urls?

Grahame was working with Dave to be able to pull DICOM vocabulary direct from DICOM, and thus no need for them to be part of the FHIR Source. Has this happened? If so, then we just need to understand which ValueSets can be pulled in, vs which are appropriate to be FHIR specific.

I did this for some value sets, and the infrastructure exists

but I didn't do this valueset, for instance, because the value set is identified as an HL7 controlled value set
