In order to do translation between valuesetA and valuesetC, does there need to be an explicit ConceptMap between valuesetA and valuesetC? Or are we allowed to derive a translation between those if there's a ConceptMap between valuesetA and valuesetB, and another ConceptMap between valuesetB and valuesetC (e.g. ICD9->ICD10->SNOMED)?

But you’d want to really understand your use case because those sorts of cross walks have notoriously poor results
