Hi, in the current sepcifications of the ConceptMap resource, a CM can hold multiple groups, is it true ? if it is true, i didn't saw any example corresponding to this way to model a CM also it seems that in public fhir terminology service like OntoServer, this way to model a CM is not possible, is this a choice from the OntoServer team ?
