Just before I lodge the JIRA ticket, can anyone suggest any reason why ConceptMap.group.source/sourceVersion and ConceptMap.group.target/targetVersion shouldn't be replaced by sourceCanonical and targetCanonical? It seems like an oversight that they weren't fixed earlier

We can actually let the element names remain as 'source' and 'target' but just change the data type from 'uri' to 'canonical' and remove 'sourceVersion' and 'targetVersion'.

that's actually what I meant and it's kind of implied in the "(as above)", as you stated it before, but I should have make it explicit
