Why is $translate for ConceptMap called Concept Translation and not Code Translation? You're only translating codes

@Vadim Peretokin Codes are identifiers for concepts. It is impossible to "translate" a code because you translate the meaining and that is what we mean by "concept" - it is the meaining that the code represents.

Yeah, codes are identifiers for concepts, but this level of indirection just makes it a little less intuitive.

Honestly, "intuitive" is based on baseline knowledge and frankly the problem is folks baseline knowledge of terminology fundamentals. A code by its very existence creates "indirection" - full stop. That is why some (Lloyd comes immeadately to mind as recalcitrant believer, ) always want to use mnemonics which are concepts where the code "provides the meaning in context."
