CodeableReference is a new data type in the R5 draft. The documentation for it is what you are showing - and I would say the work has been done already (except for potential ballot comments that may be received). The terminology aspect is of course the CodeableReference.concept element of type CodeableConcept (so there isn't anything that's new regarding the actual terminology behavior).

@David Pyke no problems at all! A colleague of mine was referencing it and I noted it was on a page that indicates the content was not associated with a version as of yet. I apologize if my question seemed negative or confrontational (eliciting a "problem" posture check). What I aimed to do was locate who among my Vocab WG colleagues I might press into providing additional information. I see @Rob Hausam has responded, does your question indicate that also applies to you @David Pyke ?
