Would anyone know what this code system is for? http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/UTG/CodeSystem-C5.html It doesn’t look like an official FHIR R4 artifact, but can you offer any insight?

Looks like that's just a stub, holding a spot until it can be reviewed. You can safely ignore it for now

Do you have any insight was to why there would have been a request to enter this OID into the HL7 OID registry?
