The examples at Section 4.6.14.2.1 of http://hl7-fhir.github.io/codesystem-operations.html and Section 4.1.5.6 of
http://hl7-fhir.github.io/terminology-service.html still show the 'old' parameter names codeSub, codingSub, codeSuper & codingSuper, rather than codeA, codingA, codeB and codingB.

Thanks for those corrections, but I've also just noticed that the sentence at the top of the example at Section 4.1.5.6 at http://hl7-fhir.github.io/terminology-service.html, isn't the test that's implemented in the following code - i.e. it uses 2 different SCT concepts (and might produce a different result?).

Has anyone else implemented this operation (or $infer) in the STU3 FHIR 1.6.0 versions of their Terminology Server? Are we going to be testing this at the Baltimore Connectathon?
