Has anyone had experience in, or heard of, SNOMED CT codes being used as Clinical Document metadata?
eg.
721914005 | Patient consent document (record artifact)
or
734163000 | Care plan (record artifact)

Or, alternatively, is there another approach people would suggest (instead of using local codesets)?
(eg. FHIR Document Resource https://www.hl7.org/fhir/documents.html)

In England, we use SNOMED codes to represent the type of documents in FHIR (as we did with CDA). We also use them for to identify individual sections within the Composition
