UTG includes 2 Code Systems for CVX:
- input/sourceOfTruth/external/v3/codeSystems/cs-v3-CVX.xml
- input/sourceOfTruth/external/v2/codeSystems/cs-v2-0292.xml
The first seems like that right kind of definition for UTG to make, but for some reason I don't know off the top of my head, it's not being published.
The second is interfering with the validation and expansion of CVX for the validator and publisher, since it's an incomplete fragment, and both the validator and publisher use it in preference to the terminology server
Why does UTG have an incomplete copy of CVX?
