The example ConceptMap FHIR-v3-Address-Use (http://hl7.org/fhir/ConceptMap/101) should be a mapping from the FHIR CodeSystem to the HL7 v3 AddressUse Code System. But its ConceptMap.purpose = "To help implementers map from HL7 v3/CDA to FHIR".
So its ConceptMap.purpose value should be corrected.
