BRIDG is a model for defining and mapping - sort of a rosetta stone (but with more hieroglyphics ;)). So the use of FHIR will likely involve mapping to/from it, at least initially. There are people who use BRIDG for persistence. I'm not aware of anyone using BRIDG for exchange, though there may well be some.
