Does any one know if a photo camera exist which talks FHIR?
We want for dermatology a camera that talk FHIR, so we can send patient data to it and receive the pictures with the patient data.

That's an App for a smart phone, not really a camera
Frederik De Kegel (Nov 13 2019 at 07:53):
We don't want to use a smartphone, because of GDPR. The quality of the macro photo's must be guarantied. A smartphone has maybe a good camera, but a real camera is still better. We also heared from a physician that some manufacturer was busy with it.

Assuming there is a (long'ish) explanation behind "no smartphone because of GDPR"...
Jose Costa Teixeira (Nov 13 2019 at 19:43):
Do you want to see if there is one in the format or you want to develop one? If you want to develop one, a camera could talk any raw or lossless compression format with a gateway (via wi-fi or bluetooth), and that gateway can handle the FHIR stuff. I don't know how easy it ould be to embed FHIR in the firmware....
Jose Costa Teixeira (Nov 13 2019 at 19:44):
btw, if the camera talks FHIR and gets patient data, it will have to deal with GDPR too.
