During the recent OO-HCD discussions on Device "blended" (one resource, multiple meanings - represents an actual device, or the definition of a device) or "split (DeviceDefinition and Device), the conclusion was to pursue a split. Attached is an initial outline what such a split would look like. Discussions are occurring Tuesday's, 9-10 EDT using the HL7 FCC ord coordinates (see https://www.hl7.org/concalls/CallDetails.aspx?concall=40881). Any input/participation welcomed.
