major work of the Devices workgroups of both HL7 and IHE. Is a project of Gemini too. Been a collaborative effort of these groups with IEEE for many years. @Todd Cooper ?

@Jose Costa Teixeira Yes ... and there is a #SDPi+FHIR stream for the project work. The HL7-IHE Gemini Device Interoperability using SDPi+FHIR project leverages ISO/IEEE 11073 Service-oriented Device Connectivity (SDC ... not to be too confusing!) but profiles it in IHE under the Service-oriented Device Point-of-care Interoperability (SDPi) TF supplement under IHE Devices. Bottom line: Yes, there is A LOT of very active work going on. (currently somewhere between 80-100 in the sdpi-fhir@ email list + various daily web meetings, etc.).
