I think it would be good to collect abstract todos which we have solve before we able to stu publish. My current list:
- fix all our slicings
- complete the work on CodeSystems
- finish all missing ValueSet bindings
- fix all issues to enable instance validation using our profiles

I see them as abstract todos/reminders. We will create GF issues for the actual actions.
As most of this are technical corrections/extensions we don't have to vote on them right? I once filed a tracker about bugs in java models in core which got auto-approved. But i don't see this option in my Gforge view
