I think readLength would be similar to readCoverage, and be a further specification SO:0001686 (quality value).

I think if ReadLength and ReadCoverage mean two different things, they should have two different definitions. There shouldn't be anything ambiguous. They may be related to quality, but that's not their definition. In fact sequence quality uses the example of phred score as an example.
We should compile a list of sources (e.g., what NCBI, or clingen/clinvar/, GA4GH, or a manuscript defines them) and choose from there
