Currently the IG doesn't support "percentage tumor cells" for the specimen. I think this could be an observation on the specimen.

did anyone implement this use case already?

I was looking for a coded concept, couldn't find a code in: Loinc, SnomedCT, NCIT

If it helps, I have seen it outside the genomic context in the narrative section of a pathology report. But it would be nice to associate with the specific specimen. OR were you looking at this as a modifier of the genomic result interpretation? (that is a lower percentage has meaning that reflects on how to use the result of a genetic test).

i primarily see it as an observation about the specimen.
