as O&O didn't liked the idea of multiple specimen we talked about an extension to capture multiple specimen, thoughts so far:
- always put the main specimen into Observation.specimen (needs guidance what defines the main specimen)
- all related specimen (Blood for germline testing, parents for trio testing should go into an extension)

Just wondering - should we consider relating ServiceRequest's? I don't know what others have seen in the real world, but for trios I often see not only three specimens, but three orders.

Regards Trios - I thought we had an example in our old IG of Trios. How was it handled there? Also, I think our past work on family history is related to the Trio consideration. ?
