In the past discussions we ended up with "we should give textual guidance to mention other possible CodeSystems". As implementers don't (like to) read textual guidances we could start to add slices of Coding with fixed systems to these elements. This shows the other possible Coding in the Tree view and can be seen even if you skip the text paragraphs.
