Anyone try hgvs-shell? Pretty cool set of Python libraries which parses and validates a given HGVS string and even normalizes variants. Here's the link if you want to know more: https://hgvs.readthedocs.io/en/stable/intro.html
I installed and played around with it a bit. Seems promising. :slight_smile:

I did a quick search of the read the docs site May referenced above and didn’t find anything
