Topic: Unable to locate Isolated DNA in the list of specimen types

Hi all,
I am building the specimen resource as part of the bundle for a Diagnostic Genetics Report and am trying to include Isolated DNA as the specimen type but am unable to find the same or similar as part of the codeset for specimen type (https://www.hl7.org/fhir/v2/0487/index.html). Appreciate it if someone can point me in the right direction.
Thanks,

Update - switching to Snomed instead to represent specimen type.

In the case of Specimen.Type, the binding strength is listed as "Example", which says
Instances are not expected or even encouraged to draw from the specified value set. The value set merely provides examples of the types of concepts intended to be included
We are free to include what codes we want. We have not spent much time talking about derived specimens yet, so I don't know that I have a suggestion right now. Perhaps SNOMED has something you can use?
