The tracker item about the erroneously introduced trailing slashes of some of our CodeSystem URIs in the FHIR spec: https://www.hl7.org/fhir/terminologies-systems.html was just voted on in the Vocab WG.
Resolution that was voted on:
Approve making this change subject to CGWG making sure that this change doesn't impact any existing implementers, and report this to the Vocab co-chairs to their satisfaction by Friday 27 Sep.

Our job now is to reach out to the genomic community & document the process of doing this.
I'd like to collect the ways of contacting implementers of our IG and do the planning here.
Ways of contact:
- Post the issue on Zulip (implementers, genomics and terminology)
- Contact all (possible) implementers via eMail (Members of the WG, search through the attendance documentation of our calls and WGM
- I have to clarify, but if i understood correctly @Grahame Grieve was willing to have a blog post on his blog about this issue
- Collect potential implementer contacts known to the WG members which haven't directly participated in calls or meetings
- create a protected spreadsheet with the contacts and ask Grahame about his opinion if we missed someone, and/or if he has a contact to a identified company for which we don't have a contact person

The removal of the trailing slashes made it into the TC. The wrong Observation Examples unfortunately not.
