We need to get our WGM schedule together in the next couple of weeks. Since it will be virtual, we want to do our best to schedule times to maximize participation. To that end, I put together the following form:

If you will be attending the WGM, please fill it out. If you can let us know what days you will be available, and where you are in the world, we hope to put together a schedule that will allow everyone to participate. It will require some flexibility, and the virtual WGM means no warm cookie breaks (:sad:), but we will all find ways to work through it.

We are sitting at 13 responses, and we need to start planning the schedule by Monday. I will make the FHIR subgroup call the cutoff to respond.
We will base the schedule on these responses, so please let us know if you plan to attend!

As far as when we will meet, don't know yet. That is precisely why we did this survey. We wanted to know who can attend and their timezone so that we can make a schedule appropriate for the highest number of attendees.
