I know a number of folks in Atlanta were interested in CG undertaking some Microbiology use cases but it hasn't gained much traction yet.
Wanted to share a presentation that went out in the V2-to-FHIR listserv today where some basic concepts (culture tests and the like) are outlined with a FHIR approach structured somewhat similarly to profiles in our IG (check slides ~12-13, eg).

If anyone is interested in structuring AMR sequencing results/etc in FHIR feel free to reach out, I'd be happy to help generate some examples or try and get more people together to get the use case picked up further in the group :)
