GF10378 remove hla-genotyping-resultsConsensusSequenceBlock from Diagnostic Report for HLA Genotyping Results because consensus-sequence-block profile was removed
GF10379 remove hla-genotyping-resultsAlleleAsignmentDate from Diagnostic Report Profile for HLA Genotyping Results. This element is redundant with other available elements in Diagnostic Report, e.g., DiagnosticReport.issued.

I'm not sure I can make these changes now since we're on a freeze already. @Grahame Grieve needs to approve them.

@ Bob Milius , all 3 gForge changes were approved by Grahame. Did the CGWG vote on these as well and they all passed so I have green light to commit to the codebase?
