As @Grahame Grieve kindly explained by email, the "Implementation Guide" document that we've been producing doesn't qualify as an IG. Thus, the CGWG will have an "Implementation Guidance" that is part of the FHIR core. @ Bob Milius , we should explain this on today's call.

I'm not clear myself and I believe it'll be very helpful for everyone at the CGWG to understand the differences. Thank you very much indeed!
